Marquette Hotel (Hilton): Complete renovation of the hotel including the guest rooms, lobby and two on-site restaurants/lounges. I worked as both the Project Manager and site superintendent the entire project that included 15 stories of guest rooms, two floors of meeting rooms, the entrance lobby and restaurants / lounges. The guestroom tasks included: o Demolition of all FF&E and OS&E in the guestrooms, supervising o The complete renovation of the guestrooms (including painting, wall coverings, floor coverings, window coverings. o Supervising the rehabilitation of the PTAC units o Complete renovation of the bathroom including all new tile work and all plumbing work. o The installation of all case work. o Securing all FF&E items. o Installation of all FF&E and OS&E items. o Installing all new code required detectors. The software included all MS office programs, all scheduling software necessary to keep the team informed of any delays or challenges that were necessary to keep the hotel operating at optimal performance.
